Working primarily as a buyer’s agent, Hayden has two decades of real estate investment experience, purchasing his first rental properties in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in the early 1990s. As a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia, he has the ability to help guide buyers through all types of real estate transactions and has a distinctive niche in evaluating Charleston investment properties. Hayden currently owns and manages dozens of Charleston-area residential rental properties including Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley and historic downtown Charleston. As a long term owner of investment properties, he understands the unique matters involved in purchasing real estate as an investment. His continuing effort to be the most knowledgeable resource for buyers in today’s real estate market include extensive education accumulated over the years, as well as acquiring the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) designations. Hayden grew up in Hickory, North Carolina before attending Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia. Also a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he has owned and operated his real estate investment company for 20 years. Before settling in Charleston with his wife Stacy, Hayden managed Ziggy’s Music Club in Winston-Salem for 15 years. Hayden has a passion for traveling and food and loves the culinary delights the Holy City offers. He volunteers for the National Park Service on Fort Sumter tours and has a strong grasp of Charleston’s captivating history.

Stacy Jennings, Real Estate Sales Associate
Stacy began her real estate career handling on-site sales at Daniel Island Real Estate in 2006. In her four years with them, she and her partner closed more than $50 million in Daniel Island real estate sales. This year, she decided to expand her real estate business throughout the Charleston, South Carolina home market. Her style is straightforward and analytical. She focuses on buyer representation and getting her clients the best value possible in today’s real estate market. She has handled numerous short sale and foreclosure transactions over the years, has both LMC (Loss Mitigation Certification) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certifications, and feels confident navigating the toughest of negotiations.
Stacy was born on Clark Air Force Base in Angeles City, Philippines. As a child, she traveled extensively through southeast Asia before her parents moved to Cape Cod, Massachusetts in 1985. A few years later, her family moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina so her mother, who was in the furniture business, could be closer to High Point, North Carolina. Ultimately Stacy attended the College of Charleston and played on the tennis team there for three years. She majored in International Business and minored in Spanish. After a few years of traveling and working in the family’s furniture manufacturing business, Stacy met her husband Hayden and they decided to start their life together in the the city they grew to love over the years – Charleston, South Carolina. The Jennings currently reside on Daniel Island and appreciate the rich culture, numerous festivals and events, and distinctive dining and social experiences Charleston offers.

Lee Lindler, Real Estate Sales Associate
A proud tenth generation South Carolinian born in Columbia, Lee grew up on a small farm in Lexington, South Carolina, where he developed his strong work ethic. He moved to Charleston in 1992 after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Since then, Lee has split his time between the Low Country and the High Country, spending some of his time away from Charleston in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. It was in Breckenridge, Colorado, where Lee met his lovely wife, Katie. They both are very excited to now call Charleston home.
Lee has experience in owning and renting investment properties, and has a vast knowledge of the construction industry with more than 15 years experience as a contractor. Over the last 12 years, he has developed expertise in long-term rental properties, short-term rental properties and home ownership. As well as being a licensed contractor and licensed Realtor, Lee is designated as a LEED Green Associate. He is able to evaluate the condition of a property and can easily recommend improvements that will add value, energy efficiency and cost savings enhancements.
Having lived in Folly Beach, West Ashley, James Island and downtown Charleston, and working as a contractor throughout the region, Lee possesses exceptional knowledge of the real estate market.
