I started trying to sell my house in early 2010 and had less than wonderful experiences with two real estate companies in Charleston before taking the advice of a trusted family friend and contacting Hayden and Stacy Jennings. We met Stacy Jennings several years ago when we were looking for a new condo on Daniel Island. At that time, the market for condos was at its peak. Settled at last! We first met Hayden and Stacy when my daughter and I looked at a condo rental unit. Once Hayden heard my dismay about the high cost of renting, he encouraged us to write a contract on a short sale, suggesting it was possible to buy for less than what my daughter would pay in rent. Even though we expected it to be a challenge on the short sale, it was quite a roller coaster ride. However, Hayden and Stacy remained positive and handled all the details, both great and small, with great skill and a wonderful sense of humor. Now my daughter lives in her own condo, and we enjoy the getting to know Stacy and Hayden as neighbors and friends on Daniel Island. If they were a restaurant, we would give them a five star rating.
